How to request deletion of your Craft Cart account.

Delete account from inside the app

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open Profile or Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

Delete account by support request

If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request from your registered email address to:

admin@craftcart.app

What is deleted

  • Your app account and login credentials.
  • Personal data associated with that account, subject to legal or regulatory retention requirements.

Processing timeline

We process verified deletion requests as quickly as possible and typically within 30 days.
