Request deletion

You can request data deletion by deleting your account in the app or by contacting support:

Data we delete

• Profile and account identifiers associated with the requesting user.
• User-generated and linked personal data that is not required to be retained by law.

Data that may be retained

• Records we must retain for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or compliance obligations.
• Minimal technical logs needed for system security and audit requirements.

Timeline

Verified deletion requests are usually completed within 30 days.
